Full Plans - Building Regulations

Under this method, plans showing all detailed parts of the proposed building or extension are submitted to us for consideration. These are examined by the District Building Surveyor and when found to be in compliance with the requirements of the regulations, or amended to bring them into compliance, an official approval notice is issued.

Benefits of following this route:

If the work is carried out strictly in accordance with the plans that have been approved, only minor contraventions, which can be easily corrected, should occur on site.
