Poole News - Summer Edition Out Now

The summer edition of Poole News is out now and packed with news and features about what's happening in and around the borough.  

This edition is full of great events to keep the whole family entertained this summer, including the return of Summer Breeze fireworks to Poole Quay every Thursday evening from 25 July until 29 August. 

Other events include a Cycle Celebration on the quay on 25 July and a new Join In sports festival on 28 July which marks the anniversary of London 2012 as well as celebrating Poole’s beautiful open spaces and parks.

There is also important information about changes to your local health services, an update on the Age of Transfer and results from the Census collected in 2011. In addition, we celebrate 60 years of School Crossing Patrols as well featuring the regular news pages, a contacts directory for residents and a ‘Day in the Life’.
