There's something for everyone in Poole Libraries this November

Poole libraries have a variety of events this November to keep you busy! 

Get crafty at Oakdale Library on Friday 21 November with the reminiscence and memory book café. Visitors can make their own memory book and staff from the Alzheimer’s Society will be on-hand to offer help and advice for those living with dementia.

Join the pop-up reading group on Tuesday 25 November, 2pm, Canford Heath Library for an enjoyable afternoon talking about ‘Fahrenheit 451’ a classic vision of a dystopian future. If you’re yet to discover it, borrow your copy from any library. 

Meet author Peter Windridge-Smith  at Poole Central Library on Wednesday 26 November as he talks about his Finland-based novel 'Enough Rope' and the process of getting his words into print.

Share stories and find out about the 400-year old history of Poole High Street with Jenny Oliver, on Monday 1 December at Parkstone Library
